“Kenny was a great speaker to work with at our state event. Booking was easy and straight forward. He was our keynote speaker at our annual VIADA convention, and stayed the rest of the day Friday to sign books and talk with dealers. Kenny also helped us out Saturday morning with a workshop and Q & A session that we had if our dealers wanted more information.

He tailored both days differently and all dealers involved received great information. The keynote on Friday was very professional and gave his personal life experience dealing with on line feedback. He was entertaining, humorous, and very thought provoking. He had just released his book at the time, so it was great that the dealers in attendance received a personalized copy after his keynote.

Saturday was a little more relaxed, but just as informative. We did a Q & A first with some of the questions that he was asked while he was signing books the day before. Kenny thought everyone should hear what was asked. He also fielded some questions from our dealers that thought of things after the other presenters on Friday. Later that morning Kenny had prepared a workshop for us and brought some materials for the dealers to review and comment on. Very low key session where the dealers saw the value in Kenny’s ideas and methods of feedback. I have seen Kenny speak a few times and have been very impressed with his commitment to our industry and our dealers.”
